1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hhe555 ("hhe555", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at hhe555.net. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the hhe555 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the hhe555 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.

• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of an hhe555 employee or contractor where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on hhe555. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hhe555 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, telephone, or live chat. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify [email protected] immediately.

• Use a unique password not shared with any other online service. A minimum of 8 characters including at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character is required.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where prompted. hhe555 strongly recommends 2FA for all accounts.
• Never share your account credentials with another person. You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Log out from shared or public devices after every session.

hhe555 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation. Where an account is closed for reasons attributable to hhe555 (rather than player misconduct), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

hhe555 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. • The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a verified deposit on the account, except where an alternative method is approved by hhe555 support.

• hhe555 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, business accounts, or payment methods that are not registered in the player's own verified name.
• In the event of a chargeback or disputed transaction, the associated player account will be suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, the account will be permanently closed and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Processing times for withdrawals depend on the selected payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving institution. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hhe555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action being taken against the responsible party.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification; impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using the hhe555 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that derive from illegal activity, or to disguise the origin of such funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including live poker, in a manner that disadvantages other participants or hhe555.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any form of automated software to place bets, access account features, or otherwise interact with the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to a valid hhe555 transaction.

8 Limitation of Liability

hhe555 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability, security, and accuracy of game outcomes, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hhe555's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• hhe555 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential, indirect, or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• hhe555 is not responsible for any delay, failure, or interruption in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible device before commencing a real-money game session. hhe555 does not accept liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's own connectivity issues.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes hhe555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hhe555's internal complaints procedure may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body. hhe555 is committed to engaging constructively with all legitimate player disputes and to providing fair, reasoned resolutions in a timely manner.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. hhe555's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion.
